Assessment Center

Have you just hired someone and realized too late that they are not suited to the job?

We can provide you with a solution so that does not happen again.

Over a course of a full day, we can provide you with assessment of small group of candidates that you have preselected. the candidates will receive short training in communication.

During this session, we will be simultaneously assessing their written and oral communication capabilities, endurance, flexibility, how they perform within a group, the positions and roles to which their profiles would be most suited... etc

Consequently, you'll receive an evaluation of their profiles and once they take up a position they will have a solid interpersonal communication foundation that will insure their successful integration in the company.
